Fat Rat (lvl2 A:15 D:1 L:11)

Dazed, Sorcerer shakes his head and wipes a trickle of blood away from his eyes. He can feel his mana being blocked by the awful stench of Fat Rat's belch spell.

Rolling up the sleeves of his robe, he tackles the Rat, barely able to fit his arms even halfway around its body. Wrestling it to the ground...

...Sorcerer is momentarily blinded by the blood that has trickled down again into his eyes. As he gropes around for some weapon, the Rat latches its jaw onto his arm and inflicts 13 damage! Not much meat on there compared to what this rodent is used to chowing on!

Sorcerer's hand catches on a stone, and he raises it and brings it crashing down on Fat Rat head, dealing 20 damage and killing the beast! He can feel the effects of its spell wearing off slowly but surely. The magician sits down on its hideous bulk and begins to bandage his arm.

Sorcerer loses 13 HP! And gains 45xp!
Sorcerer can now cast Spells, but only at half the rate of damage/healing!

An angered Goblin Shaman Trallax (lvl 3) emerges (BOSS). (A:30 D:0 L:95) Trallax, being a magic wielder resists spells 50% and and has a Thorns ability that returns 1/5th of all damage dealt. Trallax walks steadfastly passed a sorcerer on a log whose heart fills with fear as Trallax marches, then Trallax stops in front of a MAN.

The MAN Taken aback, rushes to pull out his weapon and attempts a defensive strike!

In his fear he misses and Trallax beats him over the head with his staff! -30 dmg!

Fearing for his life, the MAN casts a basic heal for 10 HP. -3 mana. He cowers behind a tree hoping for help from any comrades in the woods.

WHAT WILL BE HIS FATE!?

After seeing the Shaman smash his club into the Man's head, Sorcerer feels called to come to his aid. After all, he did just sit there once the Shaman came out of hiding. "Hey, you fucking guy, hit him back!" is all he can say before he collapses from fatigue from his duel with Fat Rat.

Sorcerer desires to join the battle with the Man, but must wait one turn before entering!

All these rats...

An angered Goblin Shaman Trallax (lvl 3) emerges (BOSS). (A:30 D:0 L:95)

Rising to his feet, Sorcerer quietly approaches Trallax from behind, catching the eye of the fallen Man and motioning him to keep still. In position, Sorcerer casts Incinerate on the feet of the shaman, only causing 5 damage and succeeding in angering the Goblin further.

As the monster turns towards him, the magician can only brace for the next attack...

Sorcerer lunges forward, driving the point of his staff into the fleshy part of the Goblin's frontside. Only buying enough time to dodge right, the shaman's club swings into his side instead of his head, but cracking a few ribs in the process.

The Sorcerer lands on the ground next to the Man, and they both glance over to the Sapling, looking like it's starting to grow roots over there, and being quite unhelpful to their plight. The goblin cackles with laughter, eyeing the two warriors and deciding which one to eat raw and which one to put in his stew...

The Sapling comes out of a daze, having recovered 4 hp. Slowly it becomes aware of a lot of screaming and fighting, dimly at the back of its mind. It realizes there are some humanoids battling in front of it. While it has trouble telling bipeds apart, and all are equally smashable, it decides that the MAN and the Sorcerer are probably on the side of good, and the Trallax would as likely as not burn down it and it's home forest.

The young tree dives into the fray, aiming itself toward the Shaman.

While it fortunately missed the other adventurers, the tree fell short of the goblin! It cackles evilly, and turns to look at the Sapling. He casts firebolt[lvl3, 24damage, special: 50% chance to light target on fire dealing 1/2 as much damage each turn until out] upon the young tree.

Trallax: -0 damage
Sapling: -21 damage

Fortunately, the Sapling is able to stop, drop, and roll, preventing its bark from catching fire. It laughs, thinking how much better it is to be a tree capable of locomotion, instead of forced to stay rooted to one spot its entire life.

Recovering with with an extra long break from fighting the MAN looks to his left and right seeing a injured sorcerer and rubbing his eyes, he believes a sentient tree, boy does he have alot of apologies to tell all those hippies he had made fun of over the years, but wait, their is no time for sulking, their is a angry goblin to be slew. The Man forces himself to his feet, rushing towards Trallax he fiercely jabs his weapon!

It looks like it was a little too fiercely, he misses Trallax and falls hitting himself in the knee. Trallax just laughs as he takes -27 dmg himself!

Fear is in the Sorcerer's eyes as he looks around at his fallen comrades. Time after time, they have attacked Trallax, but to no avail. Has the luck of these happy adventurers finally run out? Will they never escape this deadly forest?

Sorcerer casts Minor Heal, restoring 10 HP. -3 mana

After a long breather, he rises to his feet and looks around for Trallax. The monster is nowhere to be seen. He cast a Firebolt and vanished! Carefully, Sorcerer moves from tree to tree, staff in hand, ready to attack the moment he sees that ugly Goblin head...

Trallax [75HP] suddenly appears behind the Sorcerer, jumping down from a treetop to the forest floor.

Trallax casts Stinging Nettle, a 20dmg spell that stings its victim for 2 health each turn.

Sorcerer's quick thinking lets him cast Deflect, a defensive spell that reduces damage caused by spells by 50%! (5 mana)

Sorcerer loses 10 HP! And is stung for 2 HP!

The MAN rises from his failed attack and rushes towards the sound of battle between the sorcerer and Trallax [75HP].

Seeing the Goblin engrossed in battle the MAN nearly flies up a tree. As Trallax looks up, the MAN leaps down aiming for the heart of Trallax.

But, it was too late, Trallax saw it coming. He whirls around casting Harden, but instead of guarding himself from damage, Trallax fires at the ground as he leaps out of the way. The MAN's ankles nearly break as he tumbles to the ground and he loses 30 hp and the ability to attack for one turn!
